Breaking Conventional Boundaries of Teaching : Rainbow Lightworkers Global Event Webinar

What is a Webinar?

Webinar is essentially short for Web Seminar. The topic of the seminar could be related to anything and it could involve a presentation, lecture, or workshop that is transmitted over the web. Essentially speaking it a learning opportunity where an expert is able to connect with you via the internet. Just as you attend a seminar in person in a conference hall, you can attend a Webinar in the comfort of your home.  It is just like attending a class, however here you are not physically seated with your teacher in the same room. Although just like how you speak on the telephone with a person and can gain their insights and energy, you are able to do the same when attending a Webinar.

How Do I Attend a Webinar?

All you need is a computer with an active internet connection and multimedia capabilities. This means that you need to be online when the Expert or Teacher is going to speak, along with a working mike and speakers in order to listen to what is being said and asking any questions you have. You will also have to go to a specific website page in order to log into the Webinar. This is usually a Web Conferencing Software that allows multiple participants to attend the event. Most webinars involve the speaker talking on a subject for a fixed period of time before throwing the floor open to questions from the participants. These specific questions are then answered.

Why Should I Attend One?

For the same reason why you would attend a Seminar or a Workshop. The teaching that occurs in a Webinar may happen in the comfort of your own home, but that does not make it any less effective. Ask anyone who has taken a course online and you will be told that not only was it a convenient way to learn, it was also highly effective. Most Webinars are recorded and can be re-seen as videos later on. This allows you the opportunity to go over whatever was taught many times later on. You can watch the video to clear your doubts, or simply for the pleasure to hearing everything again. Since repetition is the best way to reinforce learning, watching the video repeatedly and catching new nuances each time to what was taught, just makes your knowledge expand.

Incentives to Attend a Webinar

There are many reasons why people attend Webinars. The most important reason would be that financially it is far more affordable to take a Webinar than to physically go to a special place in order to attend a lecture by an expert on the topic you are interested in. The second is logistically it is much easier to get a large group together online than it is to cram them all into a single room in a building. Another reason is that the material for a Webinar is easily available to you on your personal computer anytime you wish to access it even after the lecture is over.

If you are looking to attend a Webinar as a new learning experience you may like to sign up for the Rainbow Lightworkers upcoming global event… Conscious Feminity and Sacred Feminine. Vera Faria Leal, and international Heal Your Life Trainer and Workshop facilitator will be hosting the event that allows you to get in touch with your Inner Goddess, understand yourself better and help you balance your life to get the best out of it.

Register for the Webinar before 31st March and avail of the special $197 price. For more details of the four sessions going to be conducted and any other questions you may have please call 09087728755 or 09789881356.

The Secret to a Woman’s Happiness

The fact that we are all looking for happiness is undeniable. We are perpetually doing things that we hope will make us happy, either right away or sometime in the future. The truth is that even while we struggle to find happiness we are missing one key secret that can actually make each action in our lives turn into a rewarding one. What then is the secret to staying on top of most situations and remaining happy all the time? The answer is not one you would ordinarily expect, it is monitoring your menstrual cycle.

These words from an article written by Petra Ummenthun really struck me, “Every month women go through four subtle but powerful inner processes, that all have their own requirements. As a result of these processes, our bodies are continually sending us messages about our well-being, needs and inner states, but the question is, do we feel these signals and do we know what to do with them?” In most cases women think of their menstrual cycle as a necessary evil, the price we pay to be able to have those adorable babies. The process itself is often cursed and change in energy of the body totally ignored.

Finding Your Feminine Power

By ignoring the energy changes that occur in your body as you menstruate, you are denying yourself the opportunity to mingle with your natural rhythm. There are actually four distinct phases of the menstrual cycle and each one is connected with a set of physical changes and energy vibrations. There are usually 28 days in a woman’s menstrual cycle and this corresponds with the moon cycle as well. Each of these cycles can be sub divided into the four seasons of Autumn, Winter, Spring and Summer as well.

The first week is Winter. Day 1 is when you begin bleeding and this phase of winter lasts seven days. It also is symbolic of the New Moon in the moon cycle and of the crone. This is the actual menstruation phase. This is the period where life retreats inside. There is a lot happening within the womb but nothing is visible outside. In this period a woman should take a look at her values and intentions for the future.

The second week is Spring. This week is from day 7 to 14 and represents the Waxing Moon and the maiden. It is the pre-ovulation phase. This period carried the possibility of new life. Conception is the obvious physical manifestation, but this time is good to work with new ideas and thoughts as well. Consider starting new ventures whether big or small now.

The third week is Summer. Day14 to 21 are also part of the Full Moon phase and represents the mother. It is part of the ovulation phase. In nature fruits ripen in this season and for the woman too it can be a fruitful time. It is a period when you will have high energy levels and feel equal to dealing with whatever comes at you. A woman should consider reorganizing and making decision in this phase.

The fourth week of your menstrual cycle is Autumn. These are days 21 to 28 and are the phase of the Waning Moon and of the mother and crone. These are the pre-menstruation phase.  This is the season where the fruit is harvested and fields are cleared for a new planting. This is the week that your ovulation begins. In this time a woman should guard against stress which can increase mood swings and physical, uncomfortable sensations.

In order to be happy you should organize your activities based on the phase of the menstrual cycle that you currently are experiencing. Don't force yourself to do things that your body is not comfortable handling in that particular phase of the cycle. Therein lies the true secret to a woman's happiness.

The Rainbow Lightworkers recently conducted a Radiant Woman workshop which helped the participants truly understand their menstrual cycle and just how these phases could be possible barriers to their own happiness and success.

Make Way for the Law of Attraction in Your Life

Essentially speaking the Law of Attraction is a metaphysical law which states that we attract to ourselves whatever we desire. If we wish for good health we attract it, if we want to find our soul mate we can attract him or her, even if we want some extra money we can attract it. However a negative thought pattern can make it extremely difficult to work well with the Law of Attraction.

In the Heal Your Life Workshops we learn about affirmations, which are positive thoughts that we turn into regular thought patterns in our lives to attract what we want. Before this can happen we need to address the negative thoughts in our system and eliminate them. Here’s how the process works.

Step 1: Accept that a Negative Thought Pattern Exists and Must Be Replaced

As with any problem, the first step is to identify that a problem exists. A good way to identify negative thoughts is to become aware of negative emotions when they course through you. This could be anxiety, doubt, guilt, depression, a feeling of defeat, or even a sense of inadequacy. Anything that triggers a negative response emotion in you is a negative thought. When you feel like this, evaluate how often this thought hits you and if it is a pattern that you have not noticed before.

Step 2: Figure out the Trigger for the Negative Thought Pattern

No thought in our head is isolated, as each one stems from some outside stimuli. If you have recurring negative thoughts, there is a reason for their existence and that’s what you need to trace. Very often these subconscious negative thought patterns have been inherited by our intellect from our early days with family. If your parents thought that you were a clumsy child, even as an adult you feel like a clumsy person, even when there is little physical evidence to support the fact. Once you know what the trigger is you can move on to the next step.

Step 3: Recognize and Defeat the Trigger to Stall the Negative Thought Pattern

As an adult you are aware of the negative impact these thought patterns are having on your life, so you know you need to defeat them. Now that you know what triggers the negative thought pattern, you know how to recognize it the next time the trigger strikes. You will pull your thoughts away from the negative pattern and clear your mind.

Step 4: Replace Negative Thoughts with Positive Affirmations

Once you have got rid of the negative thought and calmed the mind, you will now replace it with a positive, healing thought. This is where you need to form positive affirmations to help replace the old negative thought patterns with positive thought patterns. Some of this process will be time consuming and switching the mind pattern will take quite some effort on your part, but the end result of being able to make the Law of Attraction work flawlessly for you will be well worth all the trouble you take.

Affirm to yourself, “I build positive thought processes willingly and effortlessly to live a fulfilled life.”

Free Will and the Law of Attraction

You are the architect of your own life. If you feel that you are not in charge of what’s happening around you, it’s simply not true.  While the situation may not be one that you appreciate, there is no doubt that your thought processes and attitude are directly responsible for the existence of the life situation that you are in. This is why it’s important for you to ensure that you always think positively about every aspect of your life. Heal Your Life workshops stress on the ability of a person to focus on positive affirmations, no matter what the individual is going through in their current life situation. This coupled with the Law of Attraction ensures that you bring what you wish into your life.

Listen to Your Guidance

There is no single instance that will help you mould your life into what you wish it to be. This is a constant effort in progress. And every single moment of your life you can tap into guidance from the universe and your higher self which has chosen this life for your soul. You are presented with gentle hints, signs and symbols each day of your life. It is up to you to recognize them for what they are. No matter how bad or good your life situation is today, there is always room for improvement and your guidance will show you what you need to do. Affirm to yourself, “I easily receive guidance from my higher self and the universe.”

Use Free Will Wisely

Free Will is the ability of each individual to choose each action they take. Your higher self can only guide you towards your life purpose, but it is you who must use free will wisely and follow that guidance.  Actually take action based on what you have been shown. Whatever you choose to say or do will have a tremendous effect on your life. If you make the right choices you move towards a fulfilled life which allows you to meet your life purpose and be successful and happy. If you don’t you will always feel somewhat unsatisfied and frustrated with the way your life is. Affirm to yourself, “I use my free will wisely to follow my life purpose.

Harness the Power of the Law of Attraction

Just as the laws of chemistry and physics exist to regulate our knowledge of science, we have another set of metaphysical laws that regulates our souls. While some people may not believe in things like Karma, others know from experience that the concept holds true. Whatever action you take in the past has a reaction in the future. Not for nothing do they say that the crimes of the father are visited on the son. There is a lot of skepticism over the working of this law. Critics say that if things were so simple that we could have everything we desired, why is there any ill health or misery in the world.

Proponents say that to use the Law of Attraction effectively one has to be open to the universe providing for us. There has to be no doubt that what we ask for will be granted. You must use positive affirmations and visualization to ensure that what you wish for is clearly communicated to the universe. Plus there must never be an immediate doubting thought to follow your wish saying that there is no way that the universe can make this happen.  It’s only when there is faith mixed with desire that the universe is able to bring to us what we need.

Afformations Vs Affirmations

While I was browsing through some truly inspirational articles on the international “Heal Your Life” website I came across an article written by Noah St. John that caught my eye. It was titled, Turn Your Life Around with These Afformations. At first I thought that the last word was a misspelling, but when I clicked through to the webpage and began to read the article I was quickly rid of such a notion.  Afformations are something altogether different from affirmations.

What’s the difference?

We all know that an affirmation is a positive statement about what you wish to achieve in life. It could be something as simple as “Only the best comes to me!” or something as well defined as “In this moment I choose to belive that I deserve a wonderful life. I lovingly notice any limiting thoughts and gently weed them from my inner garden. I choose positive, nurturing thought patterns for myself.” This is the affirmation from the end of the first chapter in the book Ordering From the Cosmic Kitchen written by Dr Patricia J Crane, International Heal Your Life Trainer.

When Noah St. John began working with affirmations he was not too sure that he could expect them to come true. There was a shadow of doubt so strong that it was counterproductive to making his affirmations come true. So he turned his affirmations into affirmations. Now what does an afformation mean? It simply transforms an affirmation into a question and our mind is wired to seek answers to questions. For instance instead of using the affirmation “Only the best comes to me” and doubting if it ever will, you use the afformation “Why do I attract all good things today?”

How does it work?

Now suddenly you’ve gone from being doubtful about your affirmation working, to finding reasons for your afformation to be true! There are any number of reasons why you will attract all good things to yourself and now your brain is busy thinking of them. This eliminates doubts and makes the abundance flow right into your life. In this manner you can use an afformation to block out any doubts that arise when you create an affirmation. Your mind is what makes the biggest difference in accepting that you can change things in your life.

Every situation you find yourself in is just a situation, but it is the way you think that makes it a good situation or a bad one.  If you miss your regular bus in the morning, you could think it was a terrible thing as you will be reaching late. This would make it a bad situation. Or else you could think, now that you are a few minutes late you will be traveling in a bus that is not as crowded and this could make it a good situation. Your opinion and attitude is what makes a situation good or bad, and using affirmations forces you to confront potential problems and solve them in a beneficial manner.

So go ahead and form your own afformations in a private Heal Your Life Workshop. Here are some that can get you started, “Why am I delighted with everything around me?” or “How do I know that I am safe to follow my life purpose?”

Words Matter : Make Yours Healing Ones

Those familiar with the philosophy of Louise Hay as described in her Heal Your Life workshops are well aware that what words run through your mind and come out of your mouth have a profound effect on your physical body and your life. A set of angry words spoken to you harshly will give rise to turbulent thoughts in your mind. The body also gets agitated and feels a sense of misplaced purpose. Mismatched coordination of limbs may also be a side effect of the distraction you face due to this. A negative word does a lot of harm and that is why even when we frame our affirmations we ensure that we avoid words with negative connotations.

Why are Words Important?

We communicate our thoughts, desires, decisions and feelings using words. The words we use in a situation may change given the mood or state of mind we are in. The ability of words to affect our moods is extremely strong. Words act as magnets to attract whatever they denote into our life. When we hear someone saying “I love you” pleasant hormones race through our mind and body and give us pleasure. The reverse is also true for us when someone criticizes us for our behavior, or appearance. Each word we say is like an arrow shot from the bow that we can never take back. This makes it important to always aim true with the words that we use.

Doctors Agree About the Power of Words

What we have known through instinct and self awareness is now also being documented diligently by the scientific community. Andrew Newberg, M.D. and Mark Robert Waldman write in their book Words Can Change Your Braina single word has the power to influence the expression of genes that regulate physical and emotional stress.” Positive words, such as “peace” and “love,” can alter the expression of genes, strengthening areas in our frontal lobes and promoting the brain’s cognitive functioning. They propel the motivational centers of the brain into action, according to the authors, and build resiliency. Now that we have medical evidence about the power of words, we must strive to keep our words positive and healing.

Making Healing Words a Part of Your Life

It is not difficult to ensure that you always speak encouraging and positive words. The habit of always thinking before you speak will help you catch and eliminate any words that may cause a catastrophic effect on your immediate world. Speak as you would be spoken to and ensure that all conversation comes from a loving heart. This is not to say that you can never criticize anyone or point out glaring faults. If someone is doing harm to themselves or other by using negative words, you must point it out to them. Just do it from a loving heart space and the best words to explain the problem to the person will automatically come to you.

Affirm to yourself – “I always speak loving and healing words.”
